A great wine lists needs a variety of wines to match the variety of needs that our Guests have. I believe a small production of hand-made artisan wines are important to a great wine list. Ryan Waugh makes these kind of wines.

January has proven to be a very exciting month for me.  I've been in Denver working with our new associates to prepare for our Ocean Prime opening on January 20 at Larimer Square.
