Executive Chef Brandon Moore
Brandon Moore has been with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants for seven years and previously served as the Sous Chef at Ocean Prime Dallas. Brandon has been involved in the restaurant and hospitality industry since age 14 and earned a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Studies Institute in Farmington Hills, Michigan. His accolades include both gold and silver medals in American Culinary Federation salon competitions.
General Manager Ethan Delk

Originally from Naples, FL, Ethan Delk didn’t always see a career in hospitality. Ethan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he received his degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. After college, Ethan began working with a friend behind a bar at a new Naples restaurant, which Ocean Prime eventually took over. Ethan stayed at Ocean Prime as a bartender and that is how his story with us and his love for the restaurant industry started.
Working his way up the ranks to a Dining Room Manager, Ethan has worked at our Naples, Tampa and Chicago locations and most recently was our General Manager in Philadelphia before returning to Ocean Prime Dallas. Throughout his time with Ocean Prime, Ethan has learned to all be humble, but stay hungry. He understands there is always a lot to learn, but to go after every opportunity that comes your way.
When not working, Ethan enjoys trying new bars and restaurants and spending his time outdoors. Ethan looks forward to continuing to bring genuine hospitality to Dallas.
Sales & Event Manager Lauren Howle
Lauren started her career with Ocean Prime Dallas in 2009 at the opening of the restaurant as a server. In 2014 she was promoted to dining room manager. Since then she has overseen the beverage program, training program, and private dining. She enjoys helping make guests special moments memorable.
