Executive Chef Branden Pegg
Branden Pegg’s dream of becoming a chef stems from his first job at age 14 where he worked as a cook at a local Root Beer and Hot Dog stand in his hometown of Richmond, Indiana. He instantly fell in love with the energy, the fire (literally), and atmosphere of working in a kitchen.
Upon graduating high school, Pegg joined the United States Air Force where he served for seven years. It was during this time that he rediscovered his love of cooking and soon enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago and graduated in 2007.
Before joining the Cameron Mitchell team, Pegg began his culinary career in Fairbanks, Alaska and Chicago, Illinois but always heard his hometown state of Indiana calling his name. Branden moved back to Indiana and began working at OCEAN PRIME Indianapolis as sauté cook in March 2014. In two short years, Chef Branden has climbed the ranks to Executive Chef, crediting his fellow associates and the ongoing support at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants for this achievement.
His favorite OCEAN PRIME dish is the Prime Roll and he spends his spare time going on bike rides with his wife and son, grilling, camping and completing crossword puzzles. He currently resides in Indianapolis with his family.
General Manager William Neiberger
Through perseverance and hard work, William “Willie” Neiberger, has become an integral part of the Ocean Prime family. A native of Denver, Willie joined the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) family in 2011 as a server at Ocean Prime Larimer Square. In 2012, he joined the Ocean Prime Indianapolis opening team and has quickly risen through the ranks, serving as bartender and supervisor, dining room manager, and lead trainer during the openings of Ocean Prime locations in Boston and Washington, D.C.
In addition to going above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience for guests in the dining room, Willie has also developed an appreciation for collaborating with the kitchen to craft a well-thought out beverage program. In addition to overseeing the restaurant’s Wine Spectator-honored wine list, he also helps with the creation of new cocktail features.
Willie is inspired by the energy of Indianapolis and looks forward to growing his career as general manager by offering guests the kind of hospitality they have grown to expect.
When not serving his guests, Willie enjoys exploring his downtown Indianapolis neighborhood, taking advantage of the city’s flourishing culinary scene and attending the plethora of musical performances the city has to offer. He also enjoys traveling and discovering Indy’s top-rated golf courses.
Sales & Events Manager Autumn Campbell
Born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, but a proud alumna of Fishers High School in Central Indiana, Autumn Campbell brings years of hospitality experience and enthusiasm for creating unforgettable events to the Ocean Prime family. Prior to her current position as private dining coordinator, Campbell served as host at Ocean Prime Indianapolis where her upbeat personality and willingness to go above and beyond in delivering genuine hospitality to guests did not go unnoticed.
Her dedication to delivering more than just incredible food and drinks, but creating remarkable experiences complement each event she helps plan at Ocean Prime Indianapolis. In her free time, Autumn enjoys going on walks, hanging out with friends and loving on her cat Tessa.
