Executive Chef Leo Harvey
Chef Leo’s love for cooking started at the young age of 15, when he took his first job in a restaurant kitchen in his hometown of Columbus, Georgia. He went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Georgia, and from there, attended the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. Upon graduating, Leo worked at a variety of restaurants across the country until he landed in Denver – where stints included working as a private chef for Broncos players, and at several upscale concepts. He was introduced to Ocean Prime through a mutual friend in 2016, and shortly thereafter formally accepted a job at OP Denver and joined the Cameron Mitchell family. Leo is thrilled at the opportunity to now be heading up the kitchen as executive chef at Ocean Prime, Washington DC!
General Manager Alex Schultz
With a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from The Ohio State University (OSU), Alex Schultz is no stranger to the restaurant industry. It was during his years at OSU that Alex was first introduced to Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, working in the kitchen at Mitchell’s Ocean Club for more than a year. Alex also held various positions at casual and fine dining restaurants, ranging from front of house supervisor to general manager, which further honed his hospitality expertise.
Schultz made his return to Cameron Mitchell Restaurants as dining room manager at Cap City in Gahanna, OH. Between 2008 and 2016, Alex went on to hold management positions at Molly Woo’s, Mitchell’s Ocean Club and Ocean Prime Indianapolis - never leaving the Cameron Mitchell family.
Alex can’t wait to bring his experience in delivering genuine hospitality to Ocean Prime and create raving fans in the nation’s capital.

Rachel has been with Ocean Prime for over five years, with experience planning private events for guests in four Ocean Prime locations – including opening Ocean Prime locations in Boston and Washington D.C. Whether it is an intimate family gathering or your company's largest event of the season, she will do everything in her power to plan and execute your event flawlessly.
