New Dessert Cocktails
We can’t think of better way to end your Ocean Prime experience than with a decadent dessert cocktail. Beginning today (Friday, August 3) we are introducing two brand new cocktails to our dessert menus – the Salty Caramel & Sidecar.
The Salty Caramel is a creamy, flavorful martini with sweet and salty notes. This is a modern twist on a classic dessert cocktail. The Sidecar is our take on a classic, pre-prohibition style cocktail. It is light, refreshing and citrus-forward.

*Combine all ingredients in small shaker. Fill larger shaker with ice and shake vigorously until mixture is integrated and chilled. Strain cocktail into chilled coupe and garnish with smoked sea salt.
1 ½ oz. Ketel One Vodka
- 1 oz. Giffard Vanille De Madagascar
- ½ oz. Baileys Irish Cream Salted Caramel Liqueur
- 1 oz. Caramel
- 2 oz. Half & Half
- 1 Egg White
- 2 oz. Hennessy VS Cognac
- ½ oz. Cointreau
- ½ oz. Fresh-squeezed Lemon Juice
- ½ oz. Fresh-squeezed Orange Juice
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup
*Combine all ingredients in small shaker. Fill larger shaker with ice and shake vigorously until mixture is integrated and chilled. Strain cocktail into chilled coupe with a sugar rim and garnish with a Lemon Ribbon.
