Crab Cake Appetizer

We recently freshened up our recipe for our crab cake appetizer – now with a crispy panko crust and creamy, tangy mustard aioli. Make our Ocean Prime Crab Cake Appetizer at home by following the recipe below:
Crab Cake Appetizer with Mustard Aioli
- #1 Jumbo Lump Crab meat
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 Tablespoon minced celery
- 1/2 Tablespoon small diced onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Mix all ingredients except for crab meat and breadcrumbs. Gently fold in crab meat and breadcrumbs (breaking up the crab meat as little as possible) Form into “puck” shape to desired size. In a frying pan with olive oil, sauté until warm throughout. Flip half way through to brown both sides (should be around 4-5 min per side depending on thickness). Serve with Mustard Aioli.
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1Tablespoon Whole grain mustard
- 1/4 ounce Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Horseradish
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Black pepper and Kosher salt to taste
Combine ingredients above and mix thoroughly.
