Ocean Prime, nationally-acclaimed American restaurant and lounge, now hiring for its Kansas City location on the Country Club Plaza

Ocean Prime, an award-winning modern American restaurant and lounge – and the second concept to launch in Kansas City from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants – is set to open in early 2022 at 46 Penn Centre on the Country Club Plaza.
The nationally-acclaimed Ocean Prime delivers an extraordinary dining experience with stunning settings, an impressive menu of seafood and prime cuts of steak, signature cocktails, a Wine Spectator-honored wine list and truly genuine hospitality.
With an expansive 8,500 square feet of space, including three private dining rooms and a peninsula bar, Kansas City’s Ocean Prime will offer an extensive menu, including seafood, prime steaks, chops, chicken, and sushi. It will be the 17th Ocean Prime location.

Our intent is to hire associates who are as passionate about hospitality as we are and provide them with the training and support they need to succeed,” said Ocean Prime General Manager Willie Nieberger.

Ocean Prime is hosting walk-in interviews and meet and greets for dishwashers, server assistants, prep cooks, sushi cooks, cocktail servers, guest services, bartenders, bakers, sous chef, and dining room managers. Candidates can apply online here.
